Regular Member
Any person, firm or corporation engaged directly in the operation of a country elevator and/or retail feed and farm supply business and maintains and operates the necessary premises, facilities and stock-in-trade required for the adequate carrying on of such business.
Branch Member
Any established place of business operated as a country elevator and/or retail feed and farm supply business which is wholly owned or controlled by a Regular Member and where operational receipts are included in the sales total on which the fee payable by the Regular Member is based.
Associate Member
Any person, firm or corporation carrying on a business having a mutual interest, but not directly so engaged, in the operation of a country elevator and/or retail feed and farm supply business.
